A production cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated film “Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers” (1987). Featuring Scooby and Shaggy being chased by the Skeleton, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The piece was originally released by the WB/HB art program and was signed below the characters by legendary studio executives Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera. Measuring 16”x19.25” framed, with the mat opening measuring 9”x12.25” and the character image measuring 5.5”x9.5”, the cel is in very good condition, unexamined out of the frame, with some wear visible in the upper left corner of the cel, the cel is paired with a color printed reproduction background, and minor overall wear to the frame.
