This is an original production cel from from a Cap'n Crunch cereal commercial that was produced by Duck Soup studios. The hand-painted cel was created in the studio and used during the production of the commercial for Christmas Crunch. The cereal box that is attached to the surface of the cel is a production used photographic image, a standard process for commercials, and it features hand painted green elements. The untrimmed cel measures 10.5" x 12.5" and the image of the Captain measures 7" x 8".
